I received a threatening email that i will be taken to court for a loan I did not make. $764.00, but if I pay this then I wouldn't have to pay $8,000.00 court fees. The company is no longer interested in payment, but this spokes person said he would intercede in my behalf. What is scary is they have my ss#, my name, and email address. After researching this I have read hundreds of complaint, but read nothing that a stop to these is in place. I have a copy of the email and can forward it for some one who will take them to court. Possible class action suit might put a stop to it
