I AGREED to receive their "free" product for only the cost of shipping. I got billed 89.74 and 79.74. Company refused to credit my credit card for the charge. Supervisor hung up on me 3 times.
Never would have purchased the products for that price! SAID I didn't read the fine print. It is NOT clearly advertised that you will get billed after a certain number of days. No paperwork, no phone number, nothing comes with the products to know that I was being billed, no phone number to cancel even if I wanted to. Just found out when my credit card bill came. Employee said that when the ad said "trial" then I should have known I would be signed up for something. BUT... THE AD CLEARLY SAID FREE TRIAL! I have NEVER had such poor customer service.
