Via an internet popup, I received a 14 day trial offer for a "free" 60 day supply of their anti-aging cream. The trial period was over the Christmas holidays, so I didn't carefully monitor my credit card activity. I received only a 30 day supply, followed a month later by another 30 day supply. Each shipment resulted in a charge to my credit card, for a total of about $190. Today, I cancelled the service but will not receive a refund for the charges. I believe this is a scam for a number of products from what appears to be the same company, with a website at http://www.tripleeffectseyeserum.org/. I would be happy to return all products sent to me, unopened!, in hopes of receiving a refund. The company is very clever, however, by providing a very, very long "terms and conditions" statement, which if carefully read, does indicate what will happen if you do not cancel within 14 calendar days of ORDERING the product, regardless of delays in order processing, shipping, delivery, etc. It is hard to overstate how deceptive this practice is toward the general public!
