We would like to put on record that we were not aware at all material times that there would be annual fee involved, should there be any such fees, we would not have registered with your company 'Company Register' in the first place.
Should there be any terms stating such fees, they were not clearly and sufficiently brought to our attention and thus it would not be fair and reasonable for us.
I urge all of us who are affected by this to raise it up (CASE, Acra, police) so that we could prevent more affected parties later on.
