I was looking for a vehicle on craigslist and found a 2004 Acura MDX touring. The owners name is marry Evans. She told me that she was on military training and was going to be leaving the country on the 15 (2-15-2015) she needed to sell her "husbands" vehicle due to him passing away and there was no use of her keeping it. Plus paying a years worth of storage fee and insurance was why she was selling for so cheap! So I went along with her story to help myself get a nice cheap vehicle thinking it was a legit deal. She told me that we will be going through an eBay agent saying she will not be getting no money from me until I received the vehicle. I would get 7 days to test it out and if I did not like it, I could return it and get all my money back. I payed 2400 for this vehicle then came in another email saying the shipping has stopped due to no insurance and I would have to pay 1000 more dollars to keep it going. I paid it and the agent told me the shipping would process as soon as it was approved. I kept calling and calling to see what's been going on but none of them would answer or reply back to my emails. So I did some research and found out it was a scam. I never felt so ashamed in my life to how I felt this was a legit deal I was getting. That $3400 I paid was the last of my money to get my family our own vehicle. Please spread the word about this "marry Evans" so no one else will have to go through this sort of scam.
