I received an email from HYD*Luminique.com inviting me to trial a facial cream range for $1.99.
I submitted my credit card details to trial it and have since had 4 debit orders worth $70 come off over the last two months.
I sent an email requesting to stop this but it continued. I reported it to the fraud division of my bank but they were unable to help me .
I contacted the customer service department in Australia on (02) 80734455 an spoke to Tiffany on ext 284. I have never been spoken to so rudely in my life. She told me to throw the product away if I did not like it and told me I had to pay a further $70 to close the account otherwise she would not cancel the debit order.
It is one thing to be so deliberately mislead but it adds insult to injury to then be spoken to so rudely an dismissively by the customers service department that is supposed to be "servicing customers" !
