Ordered a RC sample and was sent wrong chemical. Mr. Kevin Duoke was my contact and convinced me to order another sample which he promised would be correct but was also the wrong chemical. Both were shipped very timely but definitely not what I ordered. Mr. Duoke offered a third try but I did not give them the opportunity. The would not reship at no charge and would not refund my money. I do not know why they would do this as it was an RC that I received, just no where near the one I ordered - of that I am positive.
