we received a fax form for a layout. As we were dealing with the actual Yellow Pages at the time for our advertising we made the changes and signed the form. Since then we have received many faxes with invoices adding $30 and #50 each time. We have so far ignored it. I did make a complaint to BBB in New York about it and they wrote back that the company does not work out of NY but out of a foreign country....however they got an answer from them saying I did owe the money as I did sign the form. I wrote back saying they presented themselves as an imposter and I do not feel I owe them anything.
