We had a TERRIBLE experience with this company and not only cannot recommend them, we advise that you AVOID THEM. Debra Bates and Ed are one of the rudest couples out there, thinking they own the world. We paid them for a mail service where they were to accept mail and packages (no limits were specified). They received a reasonable 4-5 packages a day. And when they found out I would not be buying all the all the other crap they were pushing constantly (wordprocessing services, etc etc), they promptly closed our account and rudely told us to go away. DO NOT consider this company if you are a professional organization doing any sort of volume or if you want to give a good representation to your clients.
