Yes I also has a member representative from entrust, walk up to the door and we allowed him in. He proceeded to tell us about the over charging fees our current electric bill are going to do against us. By us signing up with them they will cover us from having increased electric bills. Apparently they know how to take advantage of good family folks. I have tried to contact them several times and have only gotten the animated answering service. Very frustrated and would like to make other aware of this slogan and scam.
