I received a call from a collection company stating my son took out this loan on the internet. The only information they provided was a total and when I requested the documents they stated they couldnt provide them. None of the information on their collection notice was correct, from the address down to the banking location. I feel this must be a scam or fraud of some sort. Their claim number was M118649
