Like the other complaint I sent for a free sample to trial this product. Paid postage of $5.95 using my visa. With in about two weeks this company helped them selves to $129 from my account!! I was very angry because there was no agreement to purchase this product or to even return it should I not like it. In fact there was no packing slip or statement in the package giving me a return address should I have wanted too. I dont even know how to contact this company to try and retrieve my money. How can a Bank allow a company to deduct funds from an account with out authorisation??
