Filled out an on-line survey, was given a choice of rewards for completing it. I chose the Age Renew serum, but since I entered no credit card or address info I figured it would never show up, but it did. Clearly this info was "shared" by a site I was logged into, perhaps Amazon or Facebook. A week later I got a charge for $89 on my credit card - there was no indication that it was a "trial" bottle that needed returning or I would be charged. Called their Customer Service and had to hassle with them before they gave me an RMA# to return it - so I'm out the postage, time and aggravation. Note by the way their product uses retinyl/retinol palmitate which has shown to be carcinogenic in some studies.
