I ordered 2 products, my credit card was charged
I did not receive the products & have tried calling the number, does not connect?? seems they are not listed in the directory? another company popped up on their website VENUS, weight loss program for women, i chatted on the typed chatline, the man said he knew nothing of Nutricell except a Florida address and that there was no email address for them nor phone number???? sounds strange to mme, scam??? I live in Melbourne AUSTRALIA & cannot communicate for a refund? Guess I need to call my bank IF i am still in time for return, but because it is international & all takes time I guess they cleaned up. Can I get a refund now?? PLEASE ADVISE, sincerely, Valerie Linney
