My son clicked on the link to download the free ringtone and was automatically subscribed to receive txt messages from Yurmobile. I found out when I received the bill from Vodafone. I have contacted Yur mobile on the number provided to me by Vodafone. The person who answered the phone was quite abrupt. She claimed that the company is located in Australia and is regulated by the Australian Obdusman. They cancelled the subscription, however refused to give a refund. I will be contacting Vodafone again and if not resolved, the Consumer Affairs. It is appalling that these people are taking advantage of the kids and seem to be getting away with this!
