I signed up for their free seven day trial. I noticed quickly that the service didn't provide what I needed so I immediately attempted to cancel my membership so I would not be charged. After multiple emails and phone calls (and transfers from one extension to another) on January 16 I was finally able to cancel and was confirmed that I would not be charge. On January 2oth I was charged $49.95. I have filed fraud charges with my bank to have the amount reversed and block Newspaperarchive from being able to charge my credit card again, however Newspaperarchive.com thus far still refuses to communicate, cancel my account or refund my money.
