This is a fraudulent and forged site but I believe they are escaping the law by putting the details in the fine print. If so many people are getting fooled then there has to be some problem with the way they present the information. Its a total ripoff to charge $139 to download a form that is available for free by govt Site. Even if they are helping organize and find the form but still $139?? Doesn't make sense and that is why it enters into the scam or fraudulent business category. When I was giving my credit card information I was thinking this is the fee to get the actual service from USCIS. When I looked at the details and the additional government fee I realized I was cheated. Just stay away from these SCAM sites. I am sure there are more sites similar to us-immigration.
