My husband and I purchased a vacation plan under the Service Provider : Simplicity Travel supposedly a part of Tradewinds Vacations in 12/19/2012. We paid the annual renewal in December 2013 of $199.00. I realized when I called in December to discuss a trip and discuss our renewal in Dec 2014 that the company did not exist. We also lost out on free airfare as promised and certificates given to us at the presentation could not be used.
