On 15.10.2014 I sent for free samples of their advertised products, Ageless Eyes and Derma Youth Pro Serum. On 30.10.2014 I cancelled any further deliveries of said products by e-mail, which was acknowledged. On the same date, as I later discovered, two payments totalling £155.90 were taken from my bank account. On the 13.11.2014 H.N. sent me two e-mails saying that I had ordered further supplies of their products (which I HAD NOT) and took two further payments totalling £163.80 from my bank account. I returned these products immediately by recorded delivery and H.N. received and signed for this return.(you can check on-line as there is a copy of the date and time of delivery) Tracking No. is BZ 289469787GB if you check with www.royal mail.com. However, since then I have sent numerous e-mails to them asking for my money back but to no avail. I have tried phoning them on various numbers which are not valid, and the only time that I managed to get through on a number I found on a scam forum I was told that their computers were down. This company is trying every trick in the book to avoid re-imbursing me and I am £320.90 out of funds and helpless to know what to do next.
