I started getting emails from this company after initiating a online Payday Loan. I did get 2 paydoay loans and they have been paid as agreed but the funny thing is that the Ace cash services or the companies that the represent and own are not one I recieved a payment with. The contact that I have from this is below

This email is in reference to notify you that WILLIAM has been blacklisted; his Social Security Number ending with #*&^%, and banking accounts are under investigation thru major credit bureau TRANSUNION. He would be receiving the court papers at his mailing address PO BOX, Derby, KS, -67037, USA as he failed to make the payment as per the agreement.




One copy of your court papers will be forwarded to the correspondence references which were used by you when you committed the loan.
