In Oct 2014 I ordered from the web a free sample of Matrixyderm. I paid the freight costs which were approx $10 . After using the product for a few days ,decided I didn't like it so emailed jc arnica & asked not to send any more . However 2 weeks later the amount of $82.35 was deducted from my credit card without my consent . I emailed the company once again . No reply . On the 26th Nov. another Matrixderm arrived . Immediately I posted product back along with an accompanying letter again requesting no more products & refund me $95.64. Once again no reply, today I received another Matrixyderm . What can I do?
