This company sold us a bill of goods. When we signed, they said programs, like their rewards program, were live, yet we found out that it was not and they lied. At some point they acknowledged the over zealousness of their sales team.
They took our initial start up $$ and even though the program did not start, they started to hit our account for the monthly fee. They refunded one month and now they hit us again. They do not return our calls, and when they email us back, which takes many days, they do not address the issues we bring up to them.
Our suggestion is stay away from Tap To Eat. We have gone to our bank to dispute the charges and we will see where that goes.
