I applied online for a 2,500.00 loan with netPDL. i was approved and contacted by a representative name Anthony Jones. He instructed me to go to Winn Dixie and buy a "Reload it pack". He told me to put 169.00 on the Reload it card, and to make sure it was the white card that cost $3.95. he wanted to stay on the the phone with me until i bought the card and put the money on there. he told me make sure I pay with cash. he then asked for the 10 digit card number. I gave him the card number then He told me the money would be in my account within 30 minutes. I called him back at 630-891-2340 when i called he informed me that in order to send the money to my account i would need to put $330.00 on the reload it card. I then informed him that i felt like this was a scam and i was not going to put anymore money on the card. I told Anthony Jones that i was no longer interested in getting a loan from netPDL and i was going to take the card back to the store and get my money back. He then informed me that he had already taken the funds off the card and then he hug up in my face. I couldnt believe how stupid i was not to know that this was a Big Scam. I called the Reload it customer service number and they told me that indeed the funds had been taken from my card but could not tell me who took them. I had to Call my bank and close my account since i had gave Anthony Jones all my banking information. I had to go to the police station and file a report for fraud and theft. I am now waiting for the police to do an investigation and find the people responsible for these scams with prepaid cards and arrest them all....Dont be a victim of a Scam do not buy RELOAD IT PACK CARDS. criminals are using these cards to take your money with no trace. and the sad thing is the company that makes these cards are aware of the fruad scams that are using them and they have no way to find out how your money was taken from card. Please beware of online loan scams If they keep calling you give there number to the police.
