I ordered the trial bottle of hydravella anti aging eye cream and biogeniste anti wrinkle serum and thought they will charge only postage which was paid from my account.But then they took $200 from my bank account at the end of October and another $200 in November 2014 that i had not noticed till Just before Christmas. Tried ringing but had no luck so assumed they were on Holidays, so decided to try again in January 2015.Before ringing them in January i decided to check my bank account for details and noticed that another $200 had been taken from my bank account at the end of December.I told them i would return items unused and asked them to return the money to my account they said they couldnt as its written in there terms and conditions.
My skin is not liking these items anyway especially after i have undergone three operations for cancer so far and have been told its back again so my skin is extremely sesitive.
