My name is Matthew Heere....... I came across this online indepentent publishing comany named Raider Publishing International, i sent of my work to them and paid for there services, i was told would be up and out for sale within 3 months, i waited 4months and still nothing i emailed my personal assistant that was part of the package deal, took them a month to get back to me, i email them again and asked for a full refund, they turned it down and oftered the next package up with no extra cost to me, the book was published i get the email telling me it was, i email them again asking about the progress and again no response, i went to there site and emailed them through That still no answer... only just found out that there were other simular complants, my book is availble for sale on verious online stores but i have yet to receive anyhing from them... i was promised free copies of my book but never received any, i was meant to also get updates about how sales and what not are going, never received that either... now its at a point where they ignore all my emails for which i have been sending them from time to time..... it hard enough trying to make it as a writer, this has made it extreamly difficult as you could imagine...
