As a Propetty Manager and Real Estate Broker I have listed and booked for my clients the property title " Amazing Deluxe Villa Ocean View in Buzios' Code: (2982804) throught Flipkey website www.flipkey.com.
On the period :Dec 22nd to Dec 29th, 2014.

My clientes paid FlipKey 50% reservation fee on July 10th and the other 50% on November 20th.So They have paid FlipKey in full 100% for their booking. FlipKey supposed to pay me US$9.021,00 on Dec 24th to my PayPal account.

Until now I have received NO money from FlipKey. Ive called them many times on their phone number in Boston and few times to their UK number. After long time waiting on the line for a response which sometimes took me more than 20 minutes waiting on the line to finally get no positive answer or support from their customer services.

I also sent them several emails with all the evidences and proof that my clients had paid FlipK. through their credit card.My clients have done the checkin and checkout of the property already on Dec 29th and until now I got No money.

I have emailed them several times to: [email protected],[email protected], support services andmany times got back authomatic responses.On another email I got excusses that their system has been "bugged".That my payment would be on its way when investigation payment procedures were done.

On one email I received from FlipKey few days later asking me also to send all the proof and evidences of the bookings and asking me about a different Invoice number that was not mine and I never did, etc.On one phone call Idid get through one of their employees told me that it was a problem on their website with double booking,buggs etc.

After all these frustrated emails and phone calls that I did, nobody could help me and nothing is done properly by FliKey to solve my payment. Resume until now I got not a single dime !!!

The worse situation is that once I recieved an email from FlipKey teeling me that my clients had paid in Full their booking ,I paid the owner of the house 50% of their reservation fee out my own pocket (since FlipKey holds all Client's payment until 24 hours after their checkin).I expected to receive FlipKey full payment on Dec 24th in order that I could pay the onwer of the house the other 50% of this booking.

Unfortunately I didnt receive NO money from FlipKey until now and Im not able to pay also the owner the other part 50% of their booking. Resume I lost my work, time and money and until now FlipKey owns me US$9.021,00 on my PayPal account.
