I ordered a pair of Ugg Boots on 12/18/2014. To this date I have not received them, there were a christmas gift for my teen. The company stated I would get the boots on Dec. 21.I have send 4 emails to the address that is on email conformation I got. Also You can't track package, went to USPS web site and it still saids the package is in Shanghai. Why would the package come from China, when the company suppose to be in Seattle washington.
