On 12/9/14, I ordered a product from HairIntegro (parent company is Levanta LLC, apparently). I recieved an automated e-mail receipt and then waited three weeks. After this time, I attempted to contact the company through their website 'contact form' to ask about my order status. I receieved no response, so I tried again a few days later. Still no response. I then found a number for them online and left a message with someone named 'David'. Again, no response. I have since read online of numerous customrers experiencing what I have - online payment and then never receiving a product (or even contact). I know I should have done my research on this compnay BEFORE buying, but these people are oturight stealing from numerous customers and they need to be stopped. We desrve our money back.
