I took up the ffer of two trial products (Nulexa and Newskin) following online advertising, at a cost of £2.94 x 2 to cover postage and packing in early December. To my horror, I have just discovered that £79.95 x 2 was taken from my account on 29.12.14 which was unauthorised and having spoken to the Fraud Reporting section at my Bank, I have been told that countless complains have been made against this company and they are in the process of taking steps to recover the monies in question. I am disgusted - I am unable to contact the company direct and this is not a small amount of money to lose.
