I ordered the trial bottle and a few days later had to cancel my subscription, after emailing customer support i received an email stating that a customer support member will review my email and take appropriate action.. I received nothing so emailed them again and received the same email, being xmas time i got sidetracked. Today i check my account (it has been 3 weeks since ordering and cancelling) i saw a payment had been taken from my credit card. I tried emailing and a window popped up stating the address doesn't exist, tried calling some of the numbers provided and get a recording to say "the phone number you are dialing is incorrect or incomplete". I finally find another number which works and I speak to a customer service operator who tells me they can only refund 25% of my purchase - nope not good enough - i state that i have cancelled and the email responses i received he replies with "we can refund you 50% of the purchase - nope still not good enough - so after fighting with this guy for nearly 10 minutes, making him aware the lack of response and action on their end is why it showed in his computer that my account is not cancelled and i'd be happy to give him copes of the emails i received in response to my cancellation emails he then agreed to give me an RMA number and full refund when the the product is recieved..
