The website 'nano5sale.com' promised me a refurbished, "Brand new iphone4 16GB sealed factory unlocked from apple with full warrante" for a small price. However, not only did they take more then the £199 that they originally asked for, but they also failed to mention it was actually going to be a poorly made Chinese knock-off version of the iphone4. Although i am lucky to have received anything at all, since a few others didn't even get this, a part of me wishes they had just taken my money and ran. After many attempts of trying to get in to contact with the company, i still have had no luck finding out any information as to how i can return the "iphone4" and get my money back. So here i am, stuck with this piece of junk for a while longer.

Don't bother returning the phone because you will get nothing for doing so.If you had paid by credit card, you can ask your credit card company to refund this purchase by refusing payment .
