On June 20, 2011 Richard Stevens told me in a telephone conversation that we can expect between 1.0% to 1.5% contacts per month from our guaranteed 2,500 clicks per month which equals to between 25 to 31 phone calls, emails, and internet inquires per month. We have received nowhere near that amount. In fact, during our first month from 6/10 to 7/10 we received 4; second month 7/10 to 8/10 just 2; and third month 8/10 to 9/10 only 1.

Since August 25, 2011, no phone calls, no emails, no contacts from our adwordbanners internet marketing advertising. What a waste of our time and our money from June 10th to September 30th. The adwordbanners system does not work. It is not worth $1,995 a year. It is not worth $166.25 per month. It is worth NOTHING because the clicks are not producing contacts. Richard has a pattern and practice of fraudulent activities.

Richard Stevens has taken advantage of senior citizens who trusted and believed the clicks would bring contacts from calls, emails, and internet inquires. Richard is supposed to be the expert, but we received NOTHING since August 25, 2011 even after Richard Stevens adding all these key words to our adwordbanners account—Pasadena Homes/Pasadena Homes For Sale/Pasadena Real Estate/Pasadena Realtors/Pasadena Open Houses.

On September 8, 2011 we sent a fax to Richard Stevens well within the first 3 months of our contractual cancellation obligation, notifying him to cancel our adwordbanners account effective September 10, 2011 and to return to us our refund for 9 months. Richard called us and asked us to wait until the end of September when he would refund us for 8 months which he stated would be in his email to us that afternoon. We have never received Richard’s confirmation email. Richard Stevens tricked us into waiting until the end of September which would put us beyond the 3-month cancellation period. It is our belief that he would not refund us even within the 3-month cancellation period. He is a cheat and a liar and has a pattern and practice of fraudulent activities.

On Friday, September 30, 2011, just as Richard Stevens verbally said he would do at the end of September, he removed all our key words on our adwordbanners account, BUT he has yet to cut and mail to us our prorated refund check of $1,330 for 8 months of unused prepaid service. We will seek to get a full refund of $1,995 in addition to any legal and court fees plus other expenses we incur by taking actions against Richard Stevens because of his pattern and practice of fraudulent activities. We have searched online, and there are numerous complaints against Richard Stevens and his companies, therefore, this may turn into a class action suit.
Richard Stevens has falsely advertised his company which is a fake. He is a fraud. He has a failed company. He has a faulty system. We want a full refund for false advertising, false promises, and misrepresentation of the facts. Richard has a pattern and practice of fraudulent activities.

This internet marketing fraud will be reported to scambook.com, ic3.gov, fraud.org, sec.gov, la.bbb.org, bbb.org, theaar.org, pfar.org, car.org, ftc.gov, facebook, linkedin, etc., as well as to the Los Angeles County Better Business Bureau, Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office for a possible class action lawsuit, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, Consumer Affairs & Protection Groups, Fraud Advocacy Groups, local TV stations, etc., to warn other individuals and companies of Richard Stevens and his pattern and practice of fraudulent activities.
