This is supposed to be a Microsoft-affiliated 24 hour a day technical support company. I paid $249 on Feb. 28 for one year of service. They were great for the first six months; answered questions and helped fix problems. Then I spent about 3 months trying to get someone to call me back. I tried one of their agents directly who had been most helpful previously, and she did not respond to 4 messages. I tried the main number, was told repeatedly that someone would call me back, but no one did. I finally said I wanted half of my money back because they were not fulfilling their obligation after six months, and they said they "only refund money during the first six months." So obviously, you are paying for a year of support and only getting six months. When someone did finally call me back after I said I wanted half my money back, he was no help at all. I consider them liars.
