I received 2 bookings through the company booking system. The tenants requested quick possession and Always On Vacation staff notified me via phone and e-mail, of which I have all transcripts, when they received credit card payment. A few days later I was informed that the payments had not been processed and that the tenants and company had been in contact a number of times. The tenants assured them payments would corrected. Within a day or so, all communication stopped with tenants and I learned my property was abandoned, with damage. Always On Vacation told me to contact the police and refused to respond to any phone calls or e-mail messages since that time.
I filed a complaint with the California BBB requesting they pay me the verified payment of $1193.10. Always On Vacation never responded to any contact attempts made by the BBB.
They have acted unethically and very unprofessional.
