I placed an order on November 19, 2014 for Viagra and was charged to a credit card $161.25. I was promised that I would receive my order within a week. I receive no confirmation email from them even though the sails agent took my email address and phone number. Interestingly they called back approximately 10 days afterward to ask what I thought of their product. I informed him I had not received the pills and as might be expected he was surprised. To increase my surprise he had a US address for me that I had not lived at for three years and he could not answer where he got that address especially considering that the credit card that I use are Canadian. I had been very clear in the ordering process that I lived in Canada and he took that address again to correct that mistake and promised I would again see the pills in a week. The week passed and still no pills but to my surprise again the sales agent calls me to ask about how good their pills are. I again explained that I had not received the pills. He checked their records and claimed that they were unable to receive the moneys from my Visa. At that moment I was looking at my online banking and told him that but he persisted that they not received payment. Furthermore he suggested that I place a new order because he was sure that the problem was on my end. My response was to laugh out loud. I further advised that he correct this issue and call me in 5 days. He was kind enough to give me a 800 number to reach him. After the 5 days I received no response and called leaving a request for him to call. I received no response. I have put this charge into Visa as a dispute which they have told me that I will get my moneys return. I view vitopharma as a possible scam; at the minimum they are incompetent which should give anyone some concern taking their pills internally.
