When calling Comcast, my internet provider, somehow I got routed to Dialport Solutions which told me the problem I had was NOT fixable by Comcast but they could fix it for only $399 dollars with a two year guarantee not to happen again. I later actually talked to Comcast and they told me they were a scam and yes they COULD and WOULD have fixed it for free. After major complaining to Dialport they agreed to a only a $300 refund to my master charge card which they said would only take 7-10 days. It's been 77 days and no refund has appeared on my card. How they could have gotten my call routed to them is a mystery but they made me believe they fixed Comcasts problems "all the time" that comcast couldn't fix. This company is a scam artist company hiding behind a real logo/face.
