International boundaries
Ordered the passport for freedom DVD online (00952-407-0) on october 17th. The shipping costs 10 USD and after a 14 days review period you can either send the DVD back or pay 497 USD.
The problem started with the package never leaving USPS

which might be a mistake on USPS side..
However though repeatedly I told them the package didn't arrive and asking for a refund because of these issues, I always got asked to wait. (November 4th, 3 days before deadline).
Now when asking to refund one last time they suddenly tell me "I'm sorry, this is the best I can do, the refund period has been over for quite some time." clearly neglecting anything written in the previous emails.
I hope via this way a solution can be found
