Agreed to fill in survey for free sample for skin product. Turned out they charged my bank over a hundred dollars. When I quizzed them about it they said if I post the product back I could have a full refund. I did everything they asked only to be told I returned it too late. I have evidence of postage so they are lying. They then offered me 35% so I argued this they then offered me 70%. After this they then said they weren't going to refund anything and continued to give us the run around. Everything they do is designed to hinder any attempt at a refund. This is an absolute scam company designed to reach into your pocket and stealthily remove your hard earned cash. They give no valid reason to not refund the full amount other than the blatant lies proffered. Even with a receipt of postage with the date clearly shown they then moved the target in a sly fashion. Beware of these types of companies because they are dealing on the phone and can make things impossible to resolve if they choose to. They are sick bag thieves designed to pick your pockets.
