Ordered leanspa product and tried using. After first bottle I lost total of 3 pounds. Thought maybe I wasn't doing something right so I took 2nd bottle. After about half way through bottle still hadn't lost. I called to cancel. Received another shipment so I sent that back. 2 weeks later I received another shipment. Sent them back and called leanspa again. The operator was rude and said I hadn't cancelled both just the 1. Told her to cancel everything with them that I didn't want their product. 2 weeks later I received another shipment.I called again and was told I needed a RMA number. Got that, sent order back as told and didn't get my refund. Called again and waited 34 minutes before someone came on the phone. Was told it takes 6-8 weeks for refund. On 10-12-11 I called again and was told computers had been down at that time but that he got authorized from his superviser and it would be issued in 3-4 weeks. 4 weeks later I called to see where refund was and I get a recording saying rep will be there shortly only to be hung up on. Tried 5 times to no avail.
