I ordered neuro3x sent it back , followed all there instructions and met their time frame for refunds. When I contacted them by phone the company rep admitted they had a problem with an electronic on there side and would now have to go to mgmt. this was 10/31/2014 it is now 12/08/2014. No response from home office no refund and also no way to contact home office except by email. DO NOT recommend doing business. With this company.
