I ordered free sample with 4.95 shipping fee my bank informed me I was charged four times with various companies I did not order from ( juicy lips) etc I called the number the girl had an English accent and lied and said she was in California at 10:00 pm which was not true because it's 10:20 in nj at this time I believe this is a scam
