On 5th of November 2014, I came across a website that displayed a facebook news page which mentioned that it has started an option where people in India can earn money working from home. Since the website was related to facebook, a well known household name, and it said FREE trail and easy earning working from home, I decided to look further and started creating a login. I entered personal + Visa Credit card details in to this website and was under the impression that what I was initially signing up for was a (FREE TRIAL) as mentioned on the website. I punched in my VISA credit card details as there was no charge mentioned to it and a login was created. Once I had registered I received a confirmation email from Home Income Flow welcoming me to the program, and a second email was my Home Income Flow order confirmation/receipt, this receipt also states that what I signed up for was for a free trial although they charged $157 on my Credit card. This is nothing but cheating people online with false information. I immediately called my Bank, Citibank, and they told they cannot stop the payment, but raised a conflict with the transaction where they will investigate. I somehow got hold of a customer service rep on their toll free number +18668871995, the same day and requested a refund. I was told that I will get a refund in 2-3 business days. Since then I have been calling them on several occasions but there is no progress on my refund and they do not give a proper response. The FAQ's of the website after I login, give details that I will get a full refund if reported within 3 days of signing up. I emailed them on [email protected] but did not get any response till date. Now I am not able to login to the website also as it does not load anymore. I checked some forums online and I noticed that there are a lot of people like me who were duped by homeincomeflow and none of them got their money back till now. Below are a few forums which I wished I had seen before this incident took place for reference.

They use the name of facebook on their website and cheat people. I am not really sure why facebook is quiet about it till now. http://homeincomeflow.net/ Now when I try to open the below website which had the FB news and from where it all started it returns and error to me.
