It was weird when I got an email that $11.99 had come out of my Paypal account for a purchase from my boyfriend's debit card. He never uses this card so I called Paypal. They put the money back in my account right away. I looked up FYE BSP VI,ALBANY,NY, on the internet and found this site here that everyone is complaining about $11.99 coming out of their accounts every month, so I thought hmmm, I had better call Paypal back. I did and they researched and found that this has been coming out of my account ever since June! I absolutely love Paypal, for within 24 hours I had all of the money back in my account that this fraudulent company had taken out since June! I wish these people could be stopped because from reading the complaints on them they have been doing this since early 2013.
