International boundaries
Offered a trial of new skin product as reward for completing a survey. Product arrives, no paperwork detailing how to cancel the trial, or the need to call for a RMA number to return remaining product during the trial- all this I have discovered after trawling sites to find terms and conditions.
Basically got charged for 3 deliveries of the product over 3 months- this is despite their website T & C stating that products would be sent every 60 days.
Am so annoyed that I fell for this scam
