I ordered a free trial of Equinox and RVTL online, paying by Capital One credit card. They came but when my wife's credit card statement arrived, taken out was £4.99 and £2.99 on the 16th October 2014 which was for postage but then on the 30th October, thay had taken a further £95 and £89 from the credit card. I immediately called Capital One to stop any further deductions. They have temporarily re-credited the larger amounts. Here in the UK we are protected by the Consumer Credit Act 75 and we should get the money back from Capital One, we await the outcome
