I asked for a credit report service and then called them back to cancel the service. They kept charging my back account from June until today. Everytime I called them I would be placed on hold over an hour promising me to give me a confirmation number. Another time they said they would get their manager to speak to me and they never came back on the line. Each time I waited from 10 minutes to 1 hour on the phone.
