Much the same as other complaints. Contacted by someone saying he was from Microsoft & that my computer had been hacked into.Said he wasn't trying to sell me anything. Took remote control of my PC without my permission. "Showed" me how many people were using my PC - kept saying "oh my god" to indicate how bad it was. Became quite aggressive when I tried to end the call. Eventually said it would cost £139.00, charged £143.54 on my credit card statement.No response to email or telephone calls to company. Have taken up dispute resolution with my credit card company.
