My Credit Card was debited on the 19th.
On the website they have a Status History & Comments area: I wrote in the comments section for them not to ship any substitutes for the shoes that I ordered, they must be as pictured.
I just received the order on Nov.6 2014 and they shipped a cheap pair of shoes, totally different brand.
I have e-mailed them requesting a refund and/or a prepaid return label, but they are not responding.
