It was a free offer but £89 and £95.95 was taken from my bank account over two weeks on 2nd June 2014 and 18th June 2014 respectively . When I complained that I had not entered into any agreement with them to buy anything and the offer was FREE, they sent an email saying although it was not company policy, they would give me HALF the money back - that was now four months ago!
