I sent for a sample of skin cream to a cost of two pounds ninety for postage only,the product was free, and if have been charged one hundred and ninety pounds, deducted from my debit card with Nat West Bank. I must get my money back as I am a pensioner of eighty seven years and no way can afford these illegal charges. Please let me know as soon as immediately possible how to retrieve my money.It happened in October 2014 and I am guessing the dollar amount to be 300 dollars.
